This has been one of my favorite homes for a long time. Now it’s just as cute as ever with renovated updates for convenience and comfort. This c1900 Victorian/Gothic cottage has more room than it looks like with a spacious foyer entry, bright living room, and fantastic primary bedroom with the ultimate walk-in closet and large ensuite, The kitchen on the back/right of the home is large with plenty of room for a work island and small eating area. A larger eating/dining area is located just off the kitche. The cutest little back porch is the perfect place for a coffee, cocktail or light lunch; the trees in back offer both a great breeze and some privacy. Upstairs in a nice landing for watching TV, reading or home office with a nice large bedroom on each side. The renovation added tons of modern conveniences while still keeping the beautiful, historic features of the home. It offers an easy walk to all downtown amenities. This home is located inn the Scotland Neck Historic District (no restrictions apply). Come see it.
