Tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees, this creekfront lot offers the kind of quiet that’s getting harder to find. An elevated homesite looks out toward Mixon Creek, where mornings begin with birdsong and still water, and evenings end with the glow of sunset through the woods. It’s a natural setting for a home centered on privacy, peace, and life by the water.

Mixon Creek’s shallow, quiet waters are ideal for kayaks, canoes, and shallow-draft boats like skiffs. Paddle tree-lined bends at sunrise, watch for herons and other wildlife, and unwind at the water’s edge as the evening light fades through the trees. The scenic Pamlico River is just minutes away.

Imagine your own dock. The adjacent property has received CAMA approval for and installed a private dock, and a dock may be possible here as well, subject to CAMA permitting and all applicable approvals. Buyers are encouraged to do their own due diligence.

Tranquility doesn’t mean isolation. You’re minutes from Bath, North Carolina’s oldest town, with its rich history, waterfront charm, local dining, and shops.

Build a year-round home, a weekend retreat, or a long-term investment. Schedule your visit and experience Mixon Creek for yourself.
