Creekfront living is about more than the view. It’s about the life you create. This partially cleared corner lot in Arrowhead Beach offers creek frontage and the opportunity to create a home centered around life on the water. Spend quiet mornings fishing from the creek bank, launch a kayak and explore the picturesque creek while taking in the surrounding flora and fauna, or jump in the boat and make your way out to the open waters of the Chowan River. Spend the afternoon boating, fishing or exploring miles of water, then slow things down with a sunset cruise before heading home.
There’s something special about having the water become part of your everyday routine. Coffee by the creek in the morning, an afternoon on the river, or deciding at the last minute to put the kayak and enjoy the winding creek. Arrowhead Beach adds even more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with community access to the Chowan River, a boat ramp, beach, park and recreational areas. And with downtown Edenton approximately 12 miles away, you can enjoy the slower pace of life on the creek without giving up the convenience of being close to town.
