Rare opportunity for unrestricted residential land! 3.93 acres with two septics in place. County water at the road (two hook ups). Located on the eastern side of New Bern right off Highway 70, this property takes you away from city life into the rural countryside on a street that dead ends. This property formerly had manufactured homes on site that have been removed. Two bedroom septic in place on the left side of the land (not cleared) and a 3 bedroom on the right side (cleared opening). Left side of the property is in a flood zone. Recent septic repairs and a certified inspection completed on the 3 bedroom system. A permit for the Two bedroom septic was located; only a repair permit was located for the 3 bedroom.
