The suite comfortably sleeps four with a king bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and features hardwood floors, a tiled bath, and one of the few private full kitchens at Marsh Harbour Inn, complete with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig.

Fractional ownership includes four weeks each year, one in every season, on a rotating calendar, along with complimentary hot breakfast, access to the Inn’s common areas, grilling area, and a golf cart for island transportation. Owners also receive Shoals Club membership privileges, with club access subject to applicable usage fees and club policies. Unused weeks may be rented for potential income or exchanged with other fractional owners.
