Bells Island is approximately 62 acres of natural island with sandy beaches, woodlands, and beautiful marshes. There are approximately 15 acres of wooded upland and 1 1/2 miles of shoreline. Located on the Crystal coast in Core sound with views of the Cape Lookout lighthouse. The island offers duck hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. Soil survey available indicating several potential septic sites. There is also an additional 18 waterfront acres available on the mainland in Marshallberg.
