This prime waterfront development tract consists of 21 +- waterfront lots in Bay River Estates. Lots 1-7 fronts McCotter’s Creek and Lots 8-30 fronts the Bay River. Currently Blue Heron Drive, a compacted gravel street provides access to lots 14-30. Blue Heron Drive can be extended to provide access to Lots 1-13 as demand warrants. Utilities include electric, phone, county water. At this time, utilities have not been made available to Lots 1-13. The plated lots range in size from .419 to .832 acres.
